30ish years ago, wife and I were one of half dozen couples in a first time parents class the local hospital does. They did an exercise about the husband getting in tune with the wife's needs during labor. The mom to be tenses one muscle somewhere on her body, dad to be finds which one. I checked everything, they all felt the same to me so I asked, are you doing those Kegel things?

When my daughter moved out, we got rid of our 2nd-hand, beat up piano that she learned to play on. While I miss hearing her play, it made no sense to give up the floorspace for a piano that no one was using. She has a portable digital piano now and has made moving her piano a piece of cake.
