Ugh, that makes it that much harder, and it's already hard. Luckily we're local, so can address a lot of stuff in person. I don't know how many times I've heard my mother-in-law say, "I'll call them tomorrow". At which point, my wife goes through the whole let's-take-care-of-this-online exercise.
