I live on the north side, so I'd rather pick someone up from o'hare than from midway. I do wish the bus/train situation was a bit better for o'hare, then it would be much easier to tell people to just take transit. driving east/west generally seems to kind of suck in Chicago though (compared to any north/south routes), so I can get why heading out to the airport is something to avoid.

Southwest only flies out of Midway so I used to use Midway a lot more than O'Hare but I never had any issues with either.
