I haven't been pulled over by a cruiser in at least a decade. Maybe they still have some in the rural departments.

I would hardly call the City of Santa Clara rural, it's been a while since Silicon Valley was The Valley of Heart's Delight...
 
Vic's are history here. I think the State Patrol has a couple to be used while squads are in the shop.
