Jerk Chicken leftovers

Did 10 lbs of jerk chicken on Saturday. Last night shredded some and put it on tostadas with the usual fixins. Looking to get one more meal out it before we freeze the rest. Any ideas?

Her reply: “What’s leftover jerk chicken?”


I’d go for shredding it all and portioning it out and freezing the portions.
Then, more tacos.

There's a hole-in-the-wall restaurant in Lansing MI, Good Truckin' Cafe, that has delicious jerk chicken tacos. They are also really hot

That's like tacos without salsa. The El Cubana has a formula that needs to be followed. That includes mustard and pickles whether you want them or not.
