INCOMING: Danelectro Baritone

I showed @Mark Wein a Western-y type tune we're recording for the next Bird Index album, with a deep lead guitar on it, and he said "you know what this needs? A baritone."

So I ordered this guy. Not too expensive but it should fit the bill. Who knows what other uses I can find for it. It should be here soon...

Nice. You'll find plenty of uses for it, I think.

When I'm playing electric, at least half the time it's the Dano Baritone. It's more or less become my go-to sound for guitar.

Typically, a long-scale neck and tuned down to B.

yarrr, longer scale length so that you can maintain reasonable string tensions at low tunings without using overly thick strings (so it still sounds like a guitar rather than a bass)

That’s how my Dano baritone is set up. I use LaBella Hellcat strings.
