I tried that new sauce today

That's ok. My wife knows who Jmodius is cause he's "the guy from Canada I got burned sending the seeds to". I had asked her to send out the seeds to him for me. I told her to be careful, be extremely careful. I guess she didnt take me too seriously cause they had been sitting there for a good while and were totally dried out. They still had a little of the white part on them from the pepper. She says she washed her hands a few times, but still, when she went to put her contacts in.........

D'OH!

BTW as an aside...the peppers are still growing beautifully...and are spreading around. I've given some to three different friends now...one of which is from Mexico.

Well, the Mexican dude and one of the other dudes heeded the warning and used them with respect. The third guy did the macho thing and bit into one as soon as I gave them to him (about a dozen in a sandwich bag). He had nothing to wash it down nearby as we were at church. It was kind of funny because you could see the point that he realized he was in trouble. He bolted down to the kitchen of the church looking for anything he could eat to help. I think he was eating frozen hamburgers and ketchup when I got down there. AOK biggrin

What I find works best with thicker sauces is to give them a good shake in the bottle before you open the lid. With mine, sometimes they separate and if you mix 'em up first, they pour better. YMMV.

Thats a good idea. At least move the sauce right to the edge before taking the cap off.

I never have trouble getting Dave's out of the bottle except when I FIRST open a brand new bottle and it gets all jammed at the top. Once I get that out though it just pors right out for me, if a little slowly. idn_smilie
