Food Jam: I just had a Domino’s Pizza, and… well to be honest, well it was pretty good!

I’m still not sure where the best pizza places are around here, so I just ordered some Domino’s Pizza for the first time in a long time and well. It was pretty good! I mean I thought it was pretty good, I enjoyed it. It went really well with the Miller Lite I am drinking!

Getting the Ooni has ruined even good pizza places for me nm crap like Domino's et al.

Can buy some really ricey cheese and meats from an Italian deli and still come in way cheaper than them too.

I don't generally eat dairy but if I am ordering pizza, it's Domino's all of the time. The old couple from Lebanon who used to make the best pizza around, closed their shop a few years ago and it's been Domino's since. They are consistent, don't load the cheese on (therefor less greasey) and ingredients are fresh.

Anyone getting poor Domino's just has a bad group at their location.

I've messed around with various recipes over the past 18 months

I've got a couple of go tos as a guide but there's so much can affect the end result though that it's a fools errand trying to nail a one size fits all dough.

That one there was a completely new recipe but it was great. I'm going to do it again tomorrow with a slightly higher hydration for Friday night and see how we get on.
