Ive got a stunning butter chicken on the go just now.

Probably wont look like much but it tastes phenomenal.

I just got one on Prime Day. Have to say I'm delighted so far. Done a better job on fish and chips than the my dedicated air fryer and I made a chili in the pressure cooker and it was phenomenal. Best one I've made, and that was a first attempt. 30 minutes from starting to chop an onion to sitting down to eat. I'm really looking forward to making lots of curries and stew's. :thu:

The pressure cooker is great. You can do a joint to spoon tender in an hour.

How was your fish batter? Ive never managed to get it so chunks of it doesn't stick to the basket.

Air fryer is great for fried chicken

It was in breadcrumbs. Came out great. Crispy on the outside but really moist in the middle, much more than the previous air fryer.

Did some jerk salmon and veggies in the pressure cooker as well. 2 minutes and the salmon was perfect, melt in the mouth.

Ah, I'll need to give that a try, I've only ever tried proper wet batters.

Beef, chorizo and red wine stew with parsnips and mixed vegetables.

Pretty pretty good. Beef came out nice considering it wasn't the best cuts. Still got it nice and tender.

You pressure cook it?

I'm WFH today and finished up everything I need to get done by about 5 past 9 :embarrassed: so going to make some soup in mine now :thu:

It's a pressure cooker, a steamer, a slow cooker, a dehydrator, an air fryer, a searer, a broiler, and a baker.

I've been busy pressuring, steaming, slow cooking, dehydrating, frying (air), broiling, and baking.

It's pretty useful.

We bought one as well on Amazon Prime day.... I'm glad we did.

Because of my wife's digestive disorders and issues from her multiple surgeries, it limits some foods that she can't eat. Neither one of us are super creative chefs in the kitchen, but both have "foodie" tastes so it kills us to make the plain old boring shit week after week.

We subscribed to Home Chef for a long time, but as her diet has become more restrictive, there's less and less to choose from that she can eat, and if they would ship some default choices to us they would often go bad waiting for a weekend when I would have time to cook, so we cancelled.

In the first few weeks of the pressure cooker/air fryer we've already had some mexican, cajun, breakfast, and quick snacks that were amaaaaazing. Light years ahead of microwaving or toaster oven, but not a "full kitchen mess and cleanup" event.

I was planning on finding some new hot wings recipes to try this weekend.

I've not tried wings, cant really buy them in decent quantities over here but fried chicken in it is incredible (you could always check out the cooking video I made at the start of lockdown when things were all weird :embarrassed: ) . We've done whole roast chickens too.

Here's my soup with a morning roll. Delicious. Just about to make chilli jam now. Love how quick and easy it is to clean
