how much do you spend for a haircut these days

Depends how I feel. Sometimes I just buzz it myself down to about 3/4" all over - that is free. Then I just don't cut it for another 6 months or so. If do go across the street I pay about $22.00 for a haircut. shampoo, scalp massage, facial towel, and tip. I'm try to figure out if it's haircut time again. I would just grow mine out, but my hair is pretty wavy and when it gets longer it does not just lay down nicely - it starts to look like Einstein....

I haven't paid for a haircut in years, since I got one of these:

There's a great old-school barber around here that's $14 for a proper haircut, straight-razor neck shave, and scalp/shoulder massage.

My barber does the same service plus trims my beard and straight razor hot towel shave for $20 including tip.

I don't advise a haircut, man. All hairdressers are in the employment of the government. Hairs are your aerials. They pick up signals from the cosmos, and transmit them directly into the brain. This is the reason bald-headed men are uptight.

What absolute twaddle.

Ha... When I had a full head of hair, I never cut it for 15 years, except when the girls wanted to trim the split ends... Cost, zero..

Now, my hair is thinning, so my wife uses a #2 trimmer... Cost, astronomical, I'm married...
