How important is it to bring young guitarists to this forum?

I think forums in general are a relic of the old internet.

Younger people don't know they exist. And even older people have flocked to social media to 'create their brands' -- or at worst, to shout into the void.

Even sites that have young people on them also die out, though. Remember myspace?

This site probably could outlast facebook or X if it lasted until everyone here currently dies off. Because there will always be a new thing to compete with them and both are pretty crummily managed at the moment.
 
You mean bring in more 'Smurfco types'?
Yes! Let's not give them as much freedom though. We can have a group of elders that has to approve their comments before they're posted. The same goes for the reaction emojis.
