36-38 is internal.

I have my hot tub set to 36 in summer, 38 in winter. If it's up even half a degree you feel it going in ( like climbing in a too hot bath). It's your body telling you wtf are you doing you're going to boil yourself slowly.

it’s a dry heat from April to November

Fixed it for you…btw we had 2 % humidity and 20 mph winds the other day and wind at that humidity does jack shit other than dry you out even more…it’s the opposite of windchill
