I wouldn't. They got pretty worked up about a bit of anti US fun. Mark tried to calm it down but he was then captured by the CIA for being anti American and was last seen growing a beard whilst on hunger strike at Guantanamo Bay.

A rather unproductive bevvy filled weekend was had by me which is a bit of a cunt snce I've got around 200 exam papers to mark :embarrassed:

I should just send them all back with a post it reading: THERE'S NO JOBS FOR THEM SO WHY BOTHER??? :thu:
 
I'm spending 2.5 months in Europe this summer...mostly in France...but I'll be doing other things as well.

I'm flying into Dublin on Aer Lingus in late August. Anything I should be aware of in Ireland that time of year that I should check out? I plan on taking the channel tunnel to France after I've spent a week or so in the U.K...so that should be fun to experience...but I otherwise I haven't made much plans of what to do outside of France yet. I try to avoid touristy shit when possible when traveling.

I'll be spending most of my time in a French immersion class, and then working http://www.helpx.net/ the rest of the time, more or less.

Thanks, yeah I'm fine, luckily my place escaped without any damage. :)

One of my bandmates wasn't that lucky, he probably won't be allowed to move back home for another week or so..although he still has his house. His neighbour, on the other hand, doesn't. :embarrassed:

I slept in today. Half an hour. Luckily I can start when I want to but its still weird to lay in bed and think youve opened your eyes after what you think is about 30 seconds but its actually 30 mins.

Points? what points? Clearly ive lost some too. Must be because im simply too handsome for this place. Im not aware of anything else ive 'done'.

I just noticed I had 4 notifications, two of which were about the point things. I have lost 12. 6 for my first statement in that thread about the guns and -6 for saying that the Stetson remark was too much! Jesus, theres some extremely touchy people in this forum.

yup, apparently making a fat joke and mentioning Stetsons as an American stereotype constitutes to being an anti-American asshole akin to 'fuhrer' Obama :messedup:

anyway, i'll have to grit my (rotten British) teeth and take the negative reputation :shrug:
