Nothing worse than having to sit in an office chair with a bad back.

I don't have back problems very often now, but when I did, I found one of these to be very helpful:

so it has been. My back is still sore, but it's more of a dull pain which is manageable, as opposed to severe stabbing pains. :)

yeah, we're expecting snow again this weekend. Even for Britain, it's particularly shit. The summer better be hot!
 
Alright utter twats? Did anyone miss me? Was a search party sent out?

I was on a German island having a few days holiday. It snowed. A lot. I havnt seen deep snow on a beach for years so if you could stand the storm force winds for a few minutes it was quite nice.
 
Afternoon all. :Wave:

Back from taking the ma-in-law shopping. It had to be done today as she is worried about the onset of the new ice-age (probably from the Daily Mail).
It started snowing here last evening just as I was on my way home from our pre-season players' meeting at the cricket club. Hopefully this is not a portent for a calamitous season.
