The top is nicely seasoned, too. When I bought it it was freakishly pale. I guess that’s typical for a new piece of spruce.

Still haven’t decided on selling the Martin, but I did proceed with ordering a new guitar anyway. :rainfro:
 
What's the new acoustic guitar going to be?

The thing with keeping this one is just something to compare the new one to, further confirming the need to sell the old one or possibly return the new one...

Had something like this been available a few months ago via Reverb, I might not've bought my Larrivee. No regrets though...and it has that freakishly pale top that you talked about.

I’m sure you’re in good shape with the Larrivee. Have you posted pics? And yeah it takes time but the top will darken.
