As much as I would have liked Sonic Blue there a bazillion American Special Strats out there in the same color. Dakota Red is nice but I might as well have just chosen a replacement Fiesta Red body, so what's the point? Vintage white/light yellow...meh. Plus I could have been mistaken for a Malmsteen fan. And Shell Pink looks sensational but I don't know if I could live with it.
In the end my money went to Spectra Blue. Got a new Gotoh trem too. Pictures to follow once it's assembled.

I kinda wish I'd taken a screenshot of the mockup because they don't have any other Spectra Blue bodies in stock right now. But the general idea is Spectra Blue with a rosewood neck and white pickup covers and knobs against a mint green pickguard.Looks like my old strat. Excuse the shitty pic.
