Healthiest Beer Taste Test

I've had the Left Hand, the Shorts, and of course, Guinness. Interested in trying the Black Hemp and Rejewvenator personally. What about you guys?

The only one I've had is Guinness and unless they're talking about a shot glass, they are talking completely out of their ass if they think Guinness rocks in at under 130 cals.

I've always heard it's low calorie. Low-ish alcohol, too.

That table is based on bottle sized servings so it's still rocking in at nearly 300 calories a pint.

Either way, if you're trying to be healthy, you avoid the beer. I prefer watching what I eat and working out so I can enjoy my beer

Rose de Gambrinus is by far, the most serious and flavorful beer there. But if lambic isn't your thing, well it might take some getting used to.
