What restaurant was that, so I know to avoid it if I'm ever in GR?
I'm not familiar with a lot of local restaurants in GR, but if you're ever there again and don't mind making a bit of a drive (about 20 minutes in light traffic) there is a fantastic German restaurant in downtown Holland, MI. The Alpenrose.
