So many good ones. This is probably the hardest of the 'your favorite' song things. If I had to pick one, my favorite is the somewhat campy Industrial Disease. I love the 'spit wah' guitar line and it makes me smile. Of course, they have quite a catalog of great 'heavy' songs as well.

If I had to pick a more 'standard song' it would be this. You get a nice bit of Knopfler's ability to slowly ramp intensity that makes him so great doing movie music.

They thing with Mark is how melodic his playing is. Sultans of Swing is the closest to mindless guitar hysterionics and even that sounds great and perfect for the tune. He's like a fingerpicking version of Mike Campbell or Mike's like a flatpicking version of Mark. They both play for the song, echoing or augmenting the melody and throwing in these wonderfully phrased motifs.
