My new head cannon is an alternate reality exists where he continued acting and did a a late-60's Easy Rider-like road trip movie with Ann Margaret, with performances of "Some Velvet Morning" and "Memo from Turner." Work in a scene featuring Hendrix and Nico cameos or something.

Goddammit, that is amazing head canon. That is now in my head canon! I wish it had been made. Perfect choices of songs.

I like a dance scene where Ann Margret and Elvis have had a bit of a disagreement and Ann Margret is flitting around dancing between other men while Nico sings 'Femme Fatale' to Elvis.

This is the shit I like to think about.
