Fuck no. Like all the men in my family, I put my entire life in the pockets of my jacket and then CARRY THE GODDAMN JACKET like a goon because it’s too warm for a jacket. But bags of any kind are fucking purses and you don’t wanna look like a GIRL or a prepared, comfortable, or expertly accessorized guy because y’know (not that there’s anything…). So you put your shit in your windbreaker/jean jacket/leather jacket (the only acceptable forms of outerwear unless yr a sissy) and you carry the jacket.

no, but I'm going to buy one soon. I just need one too often when I do sporty stuff. I have a bike frame bag which does the job there, and a tennis bag for that, but for everything else, I'd rather not have a backpack just for small stuff.

TBH, I rarely find myself needing to carry more than a few items that conveniently fit into the pockets of my plain-old-non-cargo pants/shorts.
When I do, I've got bags strapped to bikes or motorcycles and if I'm carrying things on my person, various sized backpacks (w/ hydration bladders as an option). Don't really have a need for something the size of a fanny pack.

I have a camo one for muzzleloader hunting. It keeps all the necessary widgets and doodads organized and close at hand so I can reload get a second shot off in about 7, maybe 8 minutes.

Without it, the whole damn thing would just be impractical!
