Would we consider England Dan & John Ford Coley's 'I'd Really Love to See You Tonight' to be yacht rock?

When I was a kid, we used to have to listen to the radio on days with heavy snowfall to find out if it was a snow day and school was cancelled, and the station that played the school closing announcements was a soft rock station. I reallllly disliked the music then, and I still don't like it now, but there's a pavlovian-conditioned part of my brain that gets excited when I hear it because it thinks that it might mean that I get to spend the day outside playing in the snow.

I saw them live in the early 1970s. It was a great concert.

My mom and dad's first date was a Seals and Crofts concert.

They say the moon's orbit wavered a bit from the sheer gravity of so many mustaches assembled in Johnstown that night

At the end of the concert, they invited people to stay if they wanted to hear about the Bhai faith. We stayed, and it was really nice, they explained without pushing. They weren't really trying to convert people, just to share their beliefs. I found it informative and refreshing. The music was really good too; they had a great backing band.
