If I'm cooking the eggs in the fat from cooking the bacon, then sunny side up. Use the spatula to splash a little bacon fat on top of the egg while it's frying.

If there's no bacon fat, no fried egg.

I cook them sunny side up. Scrambled is next.

I'm not even sure what over easy means. I need to put this in the not knowing something post.

You flip it over nice and gentle so you don't yolk out? The yolk is closer to the heat so it cooks more?

Pretty much. One flip for just enough time to get a little cooked skin over the yolk, but it's still runny inside. I turn off the heat when I flip it and leave it for about a minute.

our gang is going to be so tough!
When you're an Egg, you're a Egg all the way from your first omelette to your last frying day.
When you're an Egg ya' cook in a pan, you've got Spam all around you're a scrambled man.

Sunny side up, with the yolk cooked enough that it's turned from yellow/orange to white. Like this:

yolks gotta be runny. over easy if you got the skills or sunny side up if you dont but dont cook them for too long or they go in the bin.

tip for sunny side up: put a tablespoon of water into the lid for the pan and then cover the eggs as they are cooking. the water will create steam that will help cook them.

Those are poached.
