no, it's not irony....it's the one christmas album i almost never hear any songs from, and i got the original (1962-63) when i was a kid and loved the record.I hope this is irony.

That is quite the challenge.... I'm not "grinchy" in that I hate the holiday or good spirits.... but Kringle on a Cracker most Christmas music is absolutely unbearable IMO.
To answer the OP, the only Christmas album I intentionally put on is BB King's "Celebration of Hope"....
... and this is my favorite track (prob because it's the least traditional song on there)

I have a vintage vinyl copy of that album... it was my parent's. I don't play it, but it's comforting to know that I have it.
