Am I the only person who thinks long hair on dudes .....

I'm letting mine grow out for the first time in 30 years. When longer, it gets very wavy and curly, similar to the actor's hair who plays Poldark.

which is precisely why you should keep it short.....less worry, no fuss....hell you can even drive with the window down and don't have to worry about "bedhead" when you get to your destination !

Given that they let women drive and everything these days, why should the appropriateness of long hair be gendered in such a way as this thread postulates?

Personally I had long hair when I married but my wife persuaded me to cut it for her brother's wedding. Is thinning now to the point that I get her to clipper it now, in anticipation.

That kind isn't really long though. That is more "Greatest American Hero" style

I cut mine off years ago, but could still pull it off if I were so inclined. The house resident expert on mens looks (the wife) says these guys pull it off well, and fit the OP stereotype.

They seem a bit pissed at Bob.

Rodriguez looks fine but he almost looks Natuve American and those guys can definitely pull it off. NA's look bad ass with teh long hair or pony tails but They are the exception and there's always exceptions to the rules. Jeff should cut his hair and maybe he'd get back to pitching better.

I recently grew my hair out at 42. I had long hair all through my late teens/20's. Cut it short in my early 30's. I really just wanted to see if I could still grow it out and rock it. I do.

The Freak lost his control when he cut his hair. Coincidence? I don't think so. Your premise is severely flawed.

Amazing pitcher.

I figured since my ex-wife stopped wanting to have sex before her trip to rehab, there was zero reason to keep it cut anymore. I like it longer and even if it's thinning in a few places the rest of it is still wavy and strong. I switched to gentle pine tar shampoo that I only use when excessively sweaty or dirty, otherwise just water.

It's about Bob's pants feeling funny when he sees longhairs, and Syndergaard's 24.6% k rate.
if we're talking about pants feeling funny perhaps you need to check yours cuz you seem to be fallowing my around....are your pants getting tight whenever I post ?

would you agree that...

A) it's much cooler in the summer - yes

B) it's less fuss/easier to take care of - no, ponytail is the easiest. But girls don't like.

C) less chance of getting tangled in machinary - what is machinary?

D) looks better - subjective

E) cheaper (less product to buy and use ,i.e less shampoo usage - yes

F) all of the above - no

G) none of the above - no
