I look at a guitar like that and imagine a highly skilled fingerstyle player running through an amp with a clear, clean tone. I imagine deep, resonant bass and pristine treble - perhaps some tasteful effects for enhancement.

But I know somebody is just going to djent the fuck out of youtube with it.

not totally my cup of tea aesthetically, but multiscale is great for 'normal' tunings. It's more about feel/clarity, not intonation (more tension in those lower strings without having to use heavy gauges, which come with their own muddy toned issues). It's basically just a compromise between playing a standard scale guitar and a baritone scale. Baritone scales are associated with lower tunings (for obvious reasons), but they're also super cool for standard tunings, because you can use lighter strings and get a very crisp clear tone
