2014 Dodge Challenger R/T review.....you know.....not bad......

Speaking of cars you have recently gotten to drive.....

... I drove a Mini Cooper with a manual transmission the other day.

Dammit. I have always loved the way those little pug bastards look, but GREAT GOOGLY MOOGLY.... people with size 12 feet can't own one of those fucking things!!!!! Every time I touched the gas, I could feel the side of my food nicking the brake pedal. I tried moving right and the side of my foot was rubbing against the firewall. What the fuck? I've driven Ferraris with more room around the pedals. fuck. I drove with my right ankle tilted just a bit, but I could tell that I would be cramping up if I tried to drive the car for any extended time. It was quite the bummer. :(

Funny you should mention that.
My choice from the rental agency was the Dodge or a Mini Cooper. I see I chose wisely.

It was a fun car.... I just felt like I needed to take my shoes off (or bind them like a geisha) to drive it. :embarrassed:

Was this a recent mini? I drove one of the earlier ones (2003-4?) and didn't notice that at all, and my feet are as wide and flat as fucking oars.

I always read your reviews. I don't get into rentals too often, and when I do, it's usually a Chrysler 200 or equivalent (the highlight has been a nice little black Jetta).

Of course, pretty much any car that's not 10 years old with over 150k miles on it feels like a sports car to me. :embarrassed:

I think a lot of people read these. I know I do.

Seems your dodge is way better than the dodge I rented a while back.

I'm still hoping one of you guys rents a Cadillac ATS. Based on all the magazine reviews, that car is on my short list if I were ever to win the Lotto
