I've always liked the pink paisley Teles. GC had one of those available but it was more than I wanted to spend. I wanted one of the black paisleys when they first came out. But I waited too long. Now they are selling at a premium. Places are asking MSRP for the few new ones that are left. I found this one for the price of a used MIM Standard Tele so I jumped at it. It will likely be my last guitar purchase for a long time. My collection is right where I want it right now.

Hope everyone survived the snow storm OK. Ours was not as bad as expected. Made it into the offices with only slightly slower traffic. One slow and go- that was about it.

Changing topics, I had been thinking of buying this Altima Coupe I had been leasing. But all of a sudden I am getting interested in Volvos. There is a S60 R that I want to look at. It seems perfect except it has 300 HP. I'm not sure I need that much HP - but I might go look at it anyway. The price seems right, and the car looks clean.
