Meh...it'll be fine. Mark's the one facing 400 years, not me. :grin:
He's such a dumbass. Had he friggin made more effort to talk to the cops before he split, he could have resolved this easily. He would have had access to his work and phone records that were all still fresh at the time. As it stands now, nobody has most of the records he needs to defend himself. His old employer only has what was paid and when, but no records of dates, times and places. ATT doesn't keep individual phone logsd that long.
He has some records...can only hope it's enough. Some of the claims, like what he drove, that he smoked cigars, when he was there, etc are easy enough to disprove. I hope it's enough for him to get off...so I can beat his ass for putting all of us through this unneccesary BS.

I have a phone interview at 4 for a job that I'm totally unqualified for. This should be interesting.
 
The phone interview ended after 3 minutes. I guess I wasn't a good match. And the interviewer was a dick.
