I think I went too far.

Kick Henry Jackassowski
I’m 5'11" and I weigh between 144 and 148 depending on how much salty food I ate the night before. People constantly tell me how thin I am. One of the housekeepers (who probably weights 350 pounds) gives me shit about it every time she sees me. But now it’s getting me free food. The lady at the Indian food truck is like an Italian grandmother; she sees my bicep veins popping and gives me extra food. I just wolfed down an extra order of samosa and gulab jamun because if there is one thing I cannot say no to it’s Indian food. Fortunately the truck is 30 minutes away so I only have time to get there twice a week. If I lived in the same town I’d have to take up kickboxing to burn off all the calories.

I could have written this post.
5'10", 145 lbs and could eat a box of Twinkies and drink a 6 pack of beer every day for a month and not gain weight.
I don't like Indian food, though. I'm more of a pasta/taco/burger/Thai food kind of guy. :)
You didn't go too far. My favorite Thai place was an hour away (I just moved) and it was the highlight of my trip. Made that trip probably once a week....unfortunately, now it's more like 2 hours, so I guess I need to find a new place.

While my metabolism is pretty fast, I gain weight from eating large portions. I train to eat.

I ate so many damn tacos yesterday. We went to back to back authentic Mexican taco parties last night. I went double digits. Cake too.

Another thin man here. I'm just shy of 6', and it's taken me years of lifting and eating a shit-ton of calories/protein to get to 164 lbs.
I still have the wrists of a 12-year-old girl, though.

I used to have a metabolism that burned up lots of calories, leaving me thin. It lasted until my early 30’s.

Now, I have to work hard to lose my belly. If I could lose 10 lbs, my gut would disappear. I’ve done it recently and gained it back.

You gotta put in more hours at work!

This. As soon as I started spending more time in the office than on the warehouse floor my weight started creeping up and not from increasing muscle mass. I think I'm starting to turn the tide back the other way but at mid-40s that's an uphill battle.

ETA: Apparently extended work hours are "8." I vote to adjust the standard work week to 4-1/2 hours, 4 days a week.
