Well. This place is still shambling along.

Figured I’d check in before anyone started dividing up my gear. Been tied up for a while—long story, low pulse, poor lighting, you know how it goes. On the plus side, I’ve really cut back on daytime obligations. Downside is the diet is… restrictive.

Looks like not much has changed. Same threads circling the drain, same arguments that refuse to stay buried no matter how many times you put them down. Kind of reassuring, honestly. I’ll lurk a bit, maybe chime in here and there. If I disappear again, don’t worry about it. Probably just… resting.

Anyway. Carry on. I’ll try not to eat anyone.

I could make a suggestion of who believes they have the best brain.
 
I think if we take this seriously the only real test would be that one from 'The Thing' where they electrified the blood or whatever to see if the person was a disgusting stinking shape changing alien.

Either that or nuke them from orbit, it's the only way to be sure.

We've lost a few members in the real world depending how long you've been gone... Chad was the most recent shock. R.I.P.

Because there's no time like the present, we're trying to do more eww-the-real-world interacting... I held an event at our practice space and several of our coolest members came to visit in the midwest. :helper: Smurfco is planning a banger of an event this fall so be on the lookout for that. :baimun:

You’re confused? I’m confused. I took a wrong turn and wound up downstairs—very on-brand décor, lots of red, guy at the front desk looked suspiciously like Richard Nixon with a pair of bat wings. Not a great hang. Got out on what I’m assuming was a technicality. There are… side effects. I’m now following the Chicago Bears with real emotional investment, which feels like part of the punishment, and I’ve been voluntarily listening to Taylor Swift without irony. If I start posting about wanting a PRS, just let it ride.
