same here, except it's western Pa. (almost Youngstown). there used to be a bunch of Ma & Pa Italian eaterys, now they're all gone and there's just chain crap. I'd love to have another slice of Bello's pizza, right out of the oven.
edit: well, at least Tony's is still there, been there for over 60 years.

Never heard of Habit Burger.
Michigan seems like it's the last place to get anything. We finally got a Chick-Fil-A over a year ago. Still no Waffles Houses, almost no White Castles, no Roy Rogers, no In and Out burgers, no Whataburger...
They just opened a Habit Burger near me and it's pretty good. It may be because it's new, but I go there instead of 5 Guys these days. It could just be the new factor because 5 Guys started here and I've been eating there for over 20 years.

Our local Steak N Shake is always busy and it's right next to a Chili's, a Denny's, and a Wendy's. I can't stand the place. Shit fries are shit.
We had a Pie Five open here last year and I think they are already closed. Their marketing sucks. No one knows what they do.

Last time I was in MI, I was in heaven, every little diner or bar had WALLEYE! I think I ate it at least once a day, every day.
