This sounds like fun. I might have to give it a shot at some point, if I can ever again pick up my guitar without my daughter screaming for me and my wife getting mad because she's been holding her all day...

I'm sorry about your friend, DNH. Mojo you your and yours.
If you want to use one of mine to get the ball rolling, pick one.

Ignore the subfolders. I don't have the multitracks to any of the stuff in there.
Once a song is selected, I'll work on getting the tracks uploaded.

Thanks, it was a real shocker, he was my age, healthy, etc,etc and he left behind a wife, an 18 month old daughter and a five year old son who has spinal biffada.
I really want to go all out with this show and do it right but the actual time I spend on stage will without a doubt be the toughest gig I have ever played. We were in a band for five years together.

What about the new one?

Also, instead of uploading 8 different files for the drum tracks, I just did a stereo mixdown with effects still in place. Everything else is dry individual tracks.

Slight change of plans.
The wave files are just too big, and there's too many of them. It would take me several hours to upload them all, even at work.
So, instead of wave files, I'm going to convert them to high quality mp3s. The quality should still be good enough that it won't hurt the overall sound much, and it'll reduce the file size greatly.
I'll try to get this posted this evening.

Dang!
I hope there won't be too many timing issues (y'know, with the silent sections getting compressed and everything).

I am trying to figure out the Cubase that came with my Alesis USB mixer so I can get some vocals recorded.
I may have to pick up a Cubase for dummies book or something.![]()
If it would make everything easier I can always host the files on the MWGL server here...
