Jeff Beelzebub is Now Worth $100 Billion

I honestly think it's time we destroy the internetz and go back to 1980....I mean sure everybodys world was smaller, more insulated but in all seriousness was it not better ? I mean (second time I've used I mean in the same paragraph) every town and city was unique because information moved at a snails pace BUT what you didn't know didn't matter. It was less IS more. you had time to focus on things instead of being pulled in a 1oo different directions. there was no BLACK FRIDAY, no small business Saturday, no Cyber Monday #notpolitical but anyhoo....with less external stimuli we had time to just be...we had time to immerse ourselves in one album for three months, I mean sure there was no Apple Music where we could access 199,000,000 albums but we also didn't have to worry about net neutrality #notpolitical , we didn't have to go to a generic corporate movie theater and we didn't have to worry about Jeff Beezlebub using drones to spread 'dumbdown" chemtrails on us and creating a dystopian society of PRIMEpeople

It is easy to rail against technology, but we can't undo what is done. We can try to help people learn to use it responsibly. Technology is not the problem; the problem is what some people do with technology. :hippie:

I said nothing about Bezos or technocrats. I am simply saying that wishing for the internet to go away is useless; we have to make the internet work for us.
in all seriousness Gary I was hoping you'd catch the "wink wink" I had behind my post...I know Peen would get it and I was hoping that you would too :(
