I have a theory that many metal dudes were nerds who were picked on at school and decided that dressing and acting like lunatics was a good way to freak out potential tormentors. I think perhaps Zakk falls into that category...

Actually, my ex's aunt dated Jeff... ahem... Zakk in high school. IIRC, he was on the football team and did quite well.

Not wrong. He's from Jackson. I lived in Jackson for about six months and it is trailer parky, although he grew up there in the era of just smoking a whole metric fuckton of weed before meth caught on.

I moved back to Essex Country pretty quick and live in Bergen, now. LOL

Friend of mine used to buy scripts off a cancer patient that lived in a trailer park in Jackson who sold them to buy meth instead. For realz
