this is off-topic and also privileged-person whining, but can hazy/NE style IPAs 15 minutes be over? bleh. I hate thinking "oh, there's an interesting looking IPA I haven't tried, and having to google it in case it's a bullshit hazy one that doesn't actually advertise that on the label.
I'm with you on the lagers! There doesn't seem to be any shortage of craft stouts to me, although that may be more my current tastes talkingI’m over IPAs in general. Stone IPA is all I need. I want more craft stouts and lagers.
Hot coffee. Black.
Sometimes. But I enjoy nicely canned stuff. And I have more than one growler.I have a recent spoiled-person problem: I cannot enjoy packaged beer anywhere near as much as fresh. Given that I live less than 5 miles from three outstanding/GABF-approved places, you'd think it's not much of a problem (and it isn't), but I miss simply opening a can of something good, pouring it into a pint glass, and enjoying it around the house.

I think I will have one or two of these tonight. I like Sierra Nevada and always enjoy their Celebration ale.
