Magicians are always creepy. The Burger King was no exception. The modern giant fiberglass mascot head Burger King was less creepy than the 70's swinger hot tub magician ginger, but still creepy.

The Colonel always made me wonder if he was some racist plantation owner that had slaves or something. I grew up way up north and honestly still don't quite know what he is supposed to be.

The Colonel was himself. Which is even more creepy when your own persona can be mistaken for a made up character.
 
Well it’s complicated because most of these characters have been portrayed differently over decades.

I want to pick the Burger King of the last few years, yeah he was hella disturbing, but they were so obviously trying to make him creepy.

The King when they used masked people. That's creepy stuff. Tosh.0 had a thing in which he used the King mask...it was funny in a disturbing sort of way. The King mask is always disturbing.

My real vote does go to Kenny Rogers though, suggested by Devil Is Dill...and I can't help but think of Kenny Rogers as portrayed by Will Sasso whenever I see or hear Kenny.
