Who likes seaweed?

You betcha. I use it to make ice cream and granita amongst other things. Totally indispensable for Japanese cuisine.

I love dry salted seaweed. Comes from growing up near San Francisco Bay. The taste of the seaweed reminds me of the smell of the beach along the bay.

S'alright. I like it in soups, salad, sushi, etc. My 4 y.o. daughter loves the dried, salted seaweed chips as a snack.

I should give furikake a try. The Asian grocer sells at least a dozen varieties. Problem is that the labels are all in Japanese except for the world “FURIKAKE” so it would be a real crapshoot.
