Back in September, I purchased a 2015 Gibson Les Paul Traditional Japan Limited. These were originally a separate build from the regular 2015 Traditional. I posted about it when I first acquired. However, about two weeks ago, I realized the original plastic covering was still on the pickguard... It had not been removed in 11 years.... So I removed the pickguard today and took off the original plastic and what I have was one REALLY sticky pickguard... So... I'll leave it off for now...looks good! I will most likely try to get the residue off, if I can do so without damaging the original pick guard.

If you decide to leave the pickguard off, it's pretty easy to get some matching red nail polish and put a single drop in the screw hole so it disappears from view. Still there if you decide to put the pickguard on but cosmetic touch up. :baimun:
