Maybe. Grocery store seems to get them on occasion. They can be ordered online.

It is a PA chip company. Good chips. Their Salt and Vinegar chips are great.
The Old Bay were pretty good too.

These are my family's favorites. BTW, we pronounce them "Juh-lop-peno". On purpose. Great with an IPA also.

You can find Herr's here in Michigan. Our canteen guy at work used to stock a few flavors in the snack machines, and the mega-supermarkets usually have a small Herr's section in the Chips aisle.
