The Prince Philip Movement is a religious sect followed by the Yaohnanen tribe on the southern island of Tanna in Vanuatu.

The Yaohnanen believe that Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh, the consort to Queen Elizabeth II, is a divine being; the pale-skinned son of a mountain spirit and brother of John Frum. According to ancient tales, the son travelled over the seas to a distant land, married a powerful lady and would in time return. The villagers had observed the respect accorded to Queen Elizabeth II by colonial officials and concluded that her husband, Prince Philip, must be the son from their legends.

"The Prince Philip Movement" would also be a good progressive rock band name.

That's funny in a bizarre way, considering some of Phillip's gaffes in the past:

To a British trekker in Papua New Guinea, 1998: “You managed not to get eaten then?”

To Cayman Islanders: “Aren’t most of you descended from pirates?”

On Ethiopian art, 1965: “It looks like the kind of thing my daughter would bring back from school art lessons.”

To Aboriginal leader William Brin, Queensland, 2002: “Do you still throw spears at each other?”
