Mark covers this stuff in great detail, but I figured it would not hurt to have another look at it available. I have not done the lesson myself yet, but aim to check it out.
We have been working in class on getting comfortable with the metro clicks on 2 and 4 only, which is the first thing this guy mentioned, so I am guessing this will fit with what we are doing. (As i type, he next has us doing exactly what Mark has us doing, playing a major scale (minor scale right now) in time. I guess Mark must know what he is doing! ).
