Mojo Request Surgery tomorrow - the doctor says I should try not to laugh for a few days after, so I'll be watching a lot of "Friends"

I am going in for an umbilical hernia repair, which is a very minor surgery, so no real mojo is needed. I mainly just wanted to make a joke about how unfunny Friends is. I have stocked up on bags of frozen vegetables also on the doctor's suggestion. Wish me luck! My outie will soon be an innie.

If you can, hold out for the Shouldice method of hernia repair.
I was able to go right to the Shouldice clinic (it’s in Toronto) and the whole experience was like a vacation.
I’m exaggerating just a little bit, but I wouldn’t have complained if I had to stay an extra day.

The clinic experience aside, the repair has held up very well over the years.

I had one of those. For the recovery, I’d suggest bingeing Designated Survivor along with pain pills. Other than being right before thanksgiving and not being able to eat, I had a great time!
 
I had 2 inguinal hernia surgeries. I believe the pain only lasted 1 day. It wasn't bad either. It was either 1, or 2 months that I wasn't supposed to lift over 20 pounds. I had mesh. So far, so good.
