I don't like anything about that guitar, except maybe that it's Tele shaped.
 
I'd rather have Mark's Suhr as well. I'd only want gold hardware if I had Mcfeely make me a Bandit Trans Am guitar. Which now seems like a really good idea
 
Rather i be a slab of swamp ash with the trans blue finish (although a deeper blue) on the top w/o the maple, maple board, chrome hardware, single ply black or white guard. Sadly I can't imagine this plainer version would be anymore reasonably priced for me, because I don't have $3K any more than I $5K.

This is a nice guitar, but too fancy for a basic Tele...and I actually like fancy Teles.
