Two long legacies of quality instruments
Dave Friedman has been modding and building music equipment for such luminary artists as Eddie Van Halen, Jerry Cantrell, and Steve Stevens for decades. And Grover Jackson has been building high-performance guitars for thousands of players around the world. Both of their meticulous attention to the needs of the artists and details of their designs have culminated in some extremely popular gear that can be found in studios and on stages around the world. These Vintage T electric guitars share that same passion for excellence, allowing you to own an instrument designed by the best, crafted by the best, and that the best would be proud to play.

Legendary design
The T-style, slab-bodied design was one of the first solidbody electric guitars ever. Over 60 years later, that body's shape is still one of the most popular throughout the world. The simplicity of the Vintage T's contour delivers a streamlined look and feel. Its voice is warm and cutting thanks to its mahogany construction. And the maple neck bolts firmly into the body for the unmistakable tonal spank that can be found in almost every Sweetwater guitarist's arsenal. And your Vintage T is sure to play like a dream, because every guitar is Plek'd from the Friedman factory.

Custom, handmade electronics
The Vintage T's electronics were engineered to be a straightforward affair, with tones that can go from warm jazz to punchy rock and everything in between. The two Friedman Classic Humbuckers balance a clear top end that enhances string-to-string definition with an aggressive midrange that sounds marvelous when driving an amp hard. You'll have full control of your guitar's voice from each pickup's own volume and tone controls. And the internal CTS pots and Orange drop capacitors deliver the most pure signal possible.

Yeah, a bootique Tele Custom. Fender at half the price would be more palatable to me, but hey, it's not my money.
