President says he "misspoke" on Russian meddling. Now he insists he meant to say that Russia did meddle in the elections and he simply misspoke. He fully trusts the US intelligence agencies and never said that they were wrong and he trusted Putin over them. One can watch the original event and clearly see Trump only decided that he misspoke after he was accused of treason by half of Congress.
