Have had this lying around for a while now. Decided to string it up and maybe use it to screw around with some slide. It was purchased with the amp as told by the previous owner from the Spiegel catalog in the late 50s. Who knows, it’s old. Lol. It doesn’t sound horrible by any means but does need the neck pocket worked on to make it a little more playable. It’s all original down to the brass frets. The pickup is a DeArmond Speed Bump. The amp works but I don’t play it since the chassis is hot and I don’t want to end up getting shocked. The amp and the guitar were both made by Kay.
