Oh, man! Last month the wife and I bought a Fender bag (a good one that's more than adequate, not just the cheapest one) since we lent my dad's bass (that he hasn't touched in about 17 years) to her friend that's learning but I would have bought this instead. These are good bags!

I actually have one of those at home!
On the topic of what I have at home:

My daughter counted my guitars today.

Only counting the fully complete, playable guitars (not the stack of parts and half-painted projects) there's 44.

That's not including the wife's, my daughter's, and my son's lonesome (because he doesn't play it) Strat.

We don't need to go to Guitar Center. We have Guitar Center at home.

44 is a lot. Do you just have them piled up in case you need one like Yngwie’s room full of white strats?

Got a few of those 7-guitar racks, some on the wall, a few 5-guitar racks, and a couple individual stands.

If that case had decent latches I might buy it to replace a tweed case I don’t like!

If you're looking for a guitar you can beat the shit out of this GC daily pick might be of interest:

I wish I had a sweetwater affiliate account. I should look into that.

I wish I had a sweetwater affiliate account. I should look into that.

Honestly, if you get affiliate accounts for Sweetwater, Amazon, a String provider, or even a link to your own lessons and books... I'll gladly copy/paste/tag that on every couple pages of the next version of "MWGL Deals of the Day" so that if we get tired of Musician's Fiend, we'll post other great vendor deals as they pop up.

This started out as a "You're so slow Amy" joke thread when MF was posting some really good deals... it turned into a little habit that I just check every day I log into the forum, and now I actually see it as something sometimes helpful.

Definitely helpful. Did you see the GC daily pick today? It was something like 17 bucks off a Fender Mustang amp. They didn't even try today.

I never check that... I always follow the first link on the first page of this thread to see what the Daily is.

Starting in 2026, we can make the first thread just a collection of Deal Shortcut links to check on the day/week or @Mark Wein Affiliate links... and then update this when we see something cool....

Or when it's time to make the Hercules joke. :helper:

The harmonicas seem to show up more than once a year. Do they still have boxes full of harmonicas in the warehouse that were ordered anticipating a surge in sales after Blues Traveler made it big?
