I would bet you get more for the money with the MIM model. I’m not knocking USA products but I care more about value per dollar than where something was made.

Also, the XII is a classic example of Fender fucking up a free lunch: ridiculous pickup/pickguard configuration means you can't easily swap pups ... whatever, Fender. Thank goodness other companies have come along.
