I've wanted a guitar with a Jazz Bass style body forever. Not sold on the pickup combo though. Might have to snag the tenor Tele.

The Fender 12 is speaking my language. And that stupid Meteora thing is my kinda jam.

Not sure I wanna part with what I’d have to part with to make a new purchase happen.
 
I hope those are list prices because people aren’t going to pay $899 or $999 for MIM guitars.
 
The Fender 12 would be calling me as well if I didn't already have a nice electric 12. I always liked the headstock on those.

I think it's the new normal. My deluxe Strat was 800. The Ed O'Brien is around 1K. I honestly don't mind. The California and Mexico factories are like 50 miles from each other. I think the mim quality has been killing it lately, at least with the stuff I'm playing at the mom and pop shop near me.
